My family has been with The Ostic Group ( name changes along the way) as long as I can remember. It started with my grandparents, then my parents, and now me and my sister. It was my first time I've dealt with Ostic Group, usually my wife would look after dealing with insurance. The lady we deal with is Kim Mcmanus, wonderful over the phone service was provided. I introduced myself and she already knew before we really started our conversation that she has only ever spoke to my wife and remembered my wife's name. Ostic Insurance, and Kim McManus in particular, have always provided outstanding customer service and guidance. We have dealt with the company for over 20 years and not once was a question asked not answered in a timely and informative fashion. In a small community, we have been very fortunate to have an insurance partner in Ostic Insurance. Periodically, I send family and friends to Kim to see if she is able to help them as Ostic has done for us.
No more scary and intimidating insurance jargon, The Ostic group and Kim in particular have clarified my understanding and put me at ease. Kim went above and beyond to address a concern, she's always there for her clients! We switched to Ostic years ago when our broker switched carriers without our consent or knowledge.
