Kim has been my auto insurance broker from day 1. I don't know how long it's been, but perhaps about 20 years or so. She has always been so helpful and personable. She will call me when it is time to renew if she has found a better rate. I really couldn't ask for a better broker. After years of auto insurance, I then added content insurance for a rental, and that has been great as well.
