I chose Bryan’s Fuel to install my A/C unit because my parents had used them and had zero complaints with their service. The gentlemen who came to set it up were friendly and did a great job with the install. However, exactly 1 year after installing my unit, it stopped working. After calling to see when they could have a technician out to assess the problem, they told me that I was “located outside of their service range” and that they wouldn’t be sending anyone to come inspect it. It's all about Customer Service and Follow up. House has been without heat since last Thursday. Tech came out in the evening was told part would be ordered and be out Saturday the latest. It's Tuesday and they will now order the part with the reason they where just informed after I called yesterday. 6 days with out heat is unacceptable with kids. Worst experience! Bryan’s fuel came to fix my a/c. They came and were rude, I was told the part they brought and I had waited for wouldn’t work so they had to go back to Orangeville to get a new one, they finished and the a/c was working however when we went into our basement that night there was black grease all over my children’s toys our tables my $3000.00 embroidery machine, an antique sewing machine passed down from my husbands late nana, my sons high chair everything!
