They are the worst ever. My 72 year old mother ran out of furnace fuel on Thursday evening of a long weekend. She called they sent a guy out with a 5 gallon Jerry can and he told her he couldn’t get the fuel in and told her she was on her own till Monday morning leaving her with no heat all weekend in the winter. So since this she has switched to Aurthers fuel.
We came to find out on a Sunday we had no hot water, called Bryans fuel, only to find out we would have to pay a premium for Sunday calls. Only to find out later, they advertise they don't. Working with the public everyday, it took me by surprise the way the lady on the phone, requested money up front, as we were new customers, when in fact we werent, Thank God we have choices in town, not impressed with this company.
Horrible, disgusting customer service. The receptionist was flat out rude. We have spent money here before and were planning to today; but will never again. Do your self a favor and find any other fuel supplier before these people.

They can't deliver fuel because their trucks get stuck in the Orangeville snow.
Their site says they have 24/7 service, but when I called after hours there was no answer, not answering service, Bryan's are a bunch of clowns.
Very Bad service as they have let us run out of fuel two times in the last few months! We are now looking for a company that cares about their customers!
